These Terms of Service apply to all digital products and services provided by Arctic Developments. By purchasing or using any of our resources, you agree to the terms below.
1. Purchases & Payments
All purchases are processed through Tebex. Prices, taxes and available payment methods are handled through the Tebex checkout system.
2. License
Purchasing a resource grants you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the product.
Unless otherwise stated, one purchase is intended for one server project. Development, testing and staging servers connected to the same project may also be used.
3. Redistribution
You may not resell, share, leak, re-upload, redistribute or otherwise provide our resources or source files to third parties.
Repackaging our resources as part of another product or selling modified versions is also prohibited.
4. Modifications
Files that are provided in editable form may be modified for use on your licensed server.
Modified versions may not be redistributed, shared or sold.
Attempting to bypass or remove FiveM Asset Escrow or other protection systems is prohibited.
5. Frameworks & Dependencies
Supported frameworks, dependencies and integrations are listed on each product page.
Compatibility with unsupported frameworks, heavily modified frameworks or third-party resources cannot be guaranteed unless specifically stated.
6. Installation & Configuration
Customers are responsible for installing and configuring purchased resources according to the provided documentation.
Required dependencies must be installed and configured correctly for the resource to function as intended.
7. Support
Support is provided for issues directly related to Arctic Developments resources, including installation, configuration, documented integrations and confirmed bugs.
Support does not include unrelated server issues, third-party scripts or custom development unless separately agreed.
8. Updates
Products may receive updates, improvements and changes over time.
Updates may occasionally introduce changes to configuration files, dependencies or functionality. Customers are responsible for reviewing update notes before updating production servers.
9. Refunds & Payment Disputes
Because our products are digital goods, refund eligibility is handled through Tebex and applicable consumer protection laws.
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute if you experience an issue with a purchase.
10. Intellectual Property
All resources, code, designs, documentation and related materials remain the intellectual property of Arctic Developments unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual property.
11. Misuse
Serious violations of these terms, including leaking, redistribution, fraudulent payment disputes or attempts to bypass protection systems, may result in restrictions to support or product access where permitted.
12. Backups & Liability
Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of their server, configuration and data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arctic Developments is not responsible for data loss, server downtime, third-party conflicts or problems caused by unsupported modifications.
13. Third-Party Services
Arctic Developments is an independent developer and is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re or other third-party companies unless explicitly stated.
Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
14. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated when necessary. The latest version published on our website will apply.
